OWA - what does "Inbox; Inbox; Inbox" in message signify?

My work colleague sent me a mail, and below the datestamp of the message it says "Inbox; Inbox; Inbox".

The only recipient address in the To: field was mine - we're on the same server, neither account is external. The message wasn't CCed to anyone, although he could have used BCC (haven't asked).

Why does Inbox appear in triplicate?

Does it imply anything about the providence of the message? Maybe his account has delegate access?

(if you verify my account I can include a screenshot - thanks)

Hi,

Does this issue occur on other colleagues OWA? I suppose you are use IE to login OWA.

You can upload the screenshot to OneDrive, then share the link.

Best Regards.

The colleague confirms that he did not CC or BCC the message. It was sent to me direct. So internal address to internal address.
